The Editor Company. Very Good+ with no dust jacket. 1903. First Edition : Signed. Hardcover. Story of Wannaseska the Cherokee prophet set during the time the State of Georgia (white settlers) were about to confuscate Cherokee Lands in N. Georgia. The prophet is first hand eye witness and victim to the outrages. Story ends with the Trail of Tears when the Cherokees agreed to move to Indian Territory in Oklahoma. Octovo hardcover in red cloth, mild wear and VERY GOOD. Rare, only 6 copies found on WorldCat. Scarce; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 355pp pages .
