About This Item
New York: A. L. Burt. Hard Cover. Near Fine. This book is apparently the deluxe edition. It came in a box...the box is in fair to good condition with the corners broken and some pencil writing. The book has a Howard Chandler Christy illustration on the top. The original glassine dust jacket is present but somewhat worn and browned. The book contains 6 (not 3) illustrations by Howard Chandler Christy. The book has been well protected by the jacket and box. It has no writing - not even an owners name. The front of the book is nicely illustrated with a full decoration by Margaret Armstrong. This edition is very scarce.
