About This Item

Chicago: Geo. W. Ogilvie, 1890. harcover cloth. Very Good. One of about 130 romantic novels set in English country houses written by a popular 19th-century English author (1836-1884)--also known as Charlotte Braeme. They are noted for their descriptive passages and the high mrals of the protaginists.

This would be "Fine" if not for fading on part of the front cover and spine. The pages are in great shape as are the interestingly patterned endpapers.
