Published "to place on record in an enduring form the achievements of the people of Lennox and Addington in the Great War." Contents divided into four parts, the first detailing work by the Red Cross in the county, the second being the county's honour roll, containing alphabetically arranged names of those who enlisted, the third being an account of the Patriotic Fund and other war-work organizations, and the fourth a memoriam tribute offering brief biographies of county residents of the Canadian Expeditionary Force who were killed during the conflict. Moss cloth w/black lettering/decoration to front cover, black spine lettering, 278 pages, illustrated. Light wear to corners/spine ends, light cover soil, front end paper excised, frontispiece detached but present, jagged tear to bottom edge of one illustration (that of Lieut-General Sir Arthur Currie -- tear does not affect photograph or caption)..
