Bound in purple-red cloth with black lettering and illustration stamped on front cover, black lettering on spine. Slight edge-wear, and with tiny dampstain on front cover. An inexpensive production, being the seventh edition of the artist's beloved collection. Busch, from the town of Wolfenbuttel, is most famous for his humorous tales about Max and Moritz.
