An issue of the newspaper of troopship H.M.A.T. "Borda" (A 30) en route from Australia to England says 'Printed Somewhere by Someone For Anyone. July Umpteenth 1917' and its rear wrapper says: 'Cape Times Ltd. Printers, Cape Town', being of pictorial wrappers (that is, paper covers) plus pp. 8 (277 x 211 mm) text triple-column and close-printed. (Price 6d on the front). The original owner has entered at the rear in the space provided for autographs Adam Lindsay Gordon's stanza extolling 'Kindness in another's trouble/Courage in your own', and also the inscription 'To My Dear Sister and Brother and Dear Betty/From Arthur 17/8/17'. Some dog-earing; some marginal clean tears and fraying; has been folded vertically and transversely across the middle; overall good.
