London: Robert Hale & Company, 1971 xi, [1], 164pp, bound in blue cloth, gilt still bright, with the binding and hinges tight, illustrated throughout. NO LABELS, INSCRIPTIONS, NOR MARKINGS. The dust jacket shows wear/tear with a section missing on the back, is not price-clipped, and is now housed in a protective mylar cover. The covers show bumped corners, with light foxing on the endpapers.
