Toronto: McClelland, Goodchild & Stewart, 1916. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo. Pp. xii, 159. Pale blue cloth with gilt titles to the front board and spine, gilt lettering dulled as usual. Light rubbing tot he cloth at the spine ends, otherwise a really fresh and unmarked copy of Montgomery's eighth book, and the first to be published by a Canadian publisher. It contains 94 poems, most previously published in North American periodicals between 1899 and 1916. The best copy we've had in some time.
