Book has very light wear--some darkening on front endpage near spine. Paper label intact on front board. Jacket is somewhat fragile. Spine is darkened and there is a chip at top, not affecting title. Text pages are clean and unmarred. Paper is laid, with rough-cut edges. Card of Dr. Elmer Belt, a prominent L.A. urologist (at UCLA) and bibliophile (specializing in Osler and Leonardo da Vinci) , taped to front endpage. 12mo. 47 pp. In protective Mylar.
