A Review Copy, with laid in 5" x 7" b & w photograph of Cheever in US Army uniform, with review editor's notations verso, an indication this copy was reviewed. A Fine book in original red buckram, original dust jacket. In Very Good Plus dust jacket, old internal tape mend, 1" closed tear bottom edge rear panel, and light rubbing at spine ends. A collection of 30 stories, most which did not appear in later collections. In a Fine quarter morocco over linen custom clamshell case. . First Printing. Cloth. Fine/Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Review Copy.
