Signed by the author, in pencil, with dedication to title page. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Minor pencil marking to half title. Occasional pencil underlining in text. Previous owner's inscription to front paste-down. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has moderate damp and dust stains. Sunning to spine. Spine head and tail are frayed, with small splits and minor loss.
