Book has rubbing on both sides of Spine (from top and bottom) , curling on top and bottom of Spine, rubbing on all outer corners of Front and Back Boards, slight separation of Book at top of Spine which is understandable for its age and volume, faint sun staining to Front end page, as well as, fold down the entire page and bottom outer corner of the following pages up to and including page Xbox. Exstinsive maps of different sections of the world and lovely Front and Back illustrated end pages. Good+ condition. 11" x 8 1/4" x 5", 12 lbs.
