About This Item
Merion, PA: Buten Museum of Wedgwood, 1969 Buten Museum of Wedgwood, Merion, PA. 1969. Hardcover. Stated First Edition. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Near Fine; slight suntanning to spine; one bumped tip. No DJ. Khaki cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine and front board. 320 pp Folio. This book discusses rarities of 1759 to date. The combination of supply and demand is basic in economics to establish a price. It also establishes rarity to Wedgwood collectors. A rare piece of Wedgwood is both limited in numbers available and at the same time and place it is wanted by one or more persons. Many Wedgwood rarities are due to age and attrition, small production runs, artist experimentation, special issues/commemoratives, and demand. This book has a great many rarities as shown in this book, all of which are at the Buten Museum. A clean very presentable copy.

I also have holdings of books on the Middle East, the southwestern United States (New Mexico especially, Kansas related titles, Oklahoma related titles, and other regionally specialized books. All of my holdings are hand-selected to be good quality books of interest to the reader, historian, or the collector.
