New York: TOR, 2007. First US Edition/First Printing. Hardcover. Fair/Good. First Edition stated with full number line 0-1. An ex-library copy in black boards with silver type. Well worn at edges with rubbing through boards at spots along bottom edges and nicks to spine ends. Tape residue/shadows to tops and bottoms of boards and square sticker scar to rear board. Reminder mark and stamp to top page ends. Some stamps and writing in pencil to ffep and half-title page and some light separation at copyright page. Some moisture ripple and satin to first few of 25 pages or so - just the front edge. Endpapers and last page a little soiled. Jacket is unclipped ($27.95) with plastic lamination to inside and some residue to bottom edges of outside from removal. Wear/rubbing to edges.
