Dust Jacket has some wear and chipping. Spine is toned/faded else Very Good condition. C. M. Nelson's signature appears to be on end paper but haven't been able to find an example to compare it to. Signature is his actual first name Cholmondeley M Nelson. Picture of signature is posted along with picture of the book.
