Complete with 80 plates in total with tissue guards, 10 illustrations within the text of volume 1 and 4 in volume 2. This is No. 21 of a limited edition of only 25 copies printed on fine paper, signed by Herbert Francis Westlake to front blank. Bindings are a little rubbed and bumped to corners of boards. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedowns, and inscription reading 'Given to the Library of the London College of Divinity by Allen Mitchell, Governor, March 1949' pasted onto front free end-papers. A very pleasing set. A heavy set, additional postage will be required for orders outside the UK. (a4). Signed by Author. Limited Signed Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good.
