Includes sections on fancy drinks, seltzer, soda & pop, fancy ginger ale mixtures, cocktails, fancy whiskey mixtures, wine cups, punch, frappe mixtures, and sundries soft & hard. Fine in publisher's cloth-backed gray/blue wrappers, printed in black and yellow. Very scarce. [OCLC locates just one copy (Wisconsin, Eau Claire); not in Noling].
