Previously unknown as a highly perceptive photographer Newby reveals the best of his stunning collection of black & white photographs. His genius is to capture the unexpected, the serious & the curious & to recount both the incidents & people involved with humour, wisdom & a sense of history. A unique opportunity to see the world through Eric Newby's eyes. Provenance: From the collection of UK bibliophile Jo Puddick. Jo visited Eric and his wife Wanda at their home in Bucknowle, Dorset in November 1993, where Eric signed all his books and Wanda signed those dedicated to her and vice versa. A print copy of the postcard from Eric Newby confirming the meeting laid in. We have several other signed books available from this visit. If you are charged the wrong shipping rate in these cases, we will process a refund. All international and local purchases are packed for shipping/courier to a very high standard. Tax
