This is a Signed and inscribed Presentation/Association copy to Roger Flather, who served as an early Associate Peace Corps Rep in 60's Philippines. He is mentioned on pg 114 of the book. The inscription on ffep reads in part "Dear Roger, Your spirit and dedication to the PC...All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box.
