About This Item
London: Arrowsmith, 1892. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Scarce first U. K. edition of this collection of stories and poems by Fergus Wright Hume. Published by Arrowsmith as part of their 3/6 series, this being volume X. Very good copy with some light wear at spine ends and corners and minimal soiling to publisher's terracotta cloth boards. Half title page is tanned, and final leaf is partially torn at the corner, though neatly repaired. The former owner has written "curses on anybody who steals this book," on the ffep. From the Otto Penzler collection.
