A crisp, clean copy, near fine, with shallow dampstaining at the base, also affecting the interior of the dust jacket, which is also overall near fine. A very heavy tome, which is frequently found rather shaken, this is a handsome copy. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Kissinger on the half-title page.
