Including the card of the agent Linda Brent (Los Angeles), loosely inserted. From the working library of Peter OToole (1932 - 2013) with his posthumous bookplate. This small typographic bookplate reads 'From the Library of Peter OToole and was designed by Michael Mitchell of Libanus Press and was authorised by the executors of his estate. Including new revisions by Barrie Stavis with an introduction by Pete Seeger. ISBN: 0498075389
