Chicago: Shasta Publishers, 1950. First Edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Near Fine in Archival Plastic. A beautiful copy of this First Edition (so stated) by Robert Heinlein. ntroduction by John W. Campbell, Jr. Bound in original black cloth-backed beige boards,the spine lettered in gilt. The chronological chart is featured on the endpapers and the publisher's printed label, "Future History, 1951-2600 AD" are on the bottom of the front and rear endpapers, as issued. The book is in near fine condition with natural tanning to the page edges. The dustjacket is in near fine condition also, protected by an archival dustjacket; the dustjacket is complete with the original price ($3.00) but shows minor chipping at the fold ends and tanning. A very nice copy despite the fact that it over 65 years old.
