New Rochelle, NY: Arlington House Publishers, (1980)., (1980).. Good. - Thick octavo, tan cloth in a dust wrapper. The top corner of the front cover is bumped. The head & tail of the spine are lightly creased. The dust jacket is chipped with small pieces out. Its spine is slightly darkened & soiled & its tail has been partially repaired with tape. 864 pages printed in 2 columns. The fore edge is foxed. The top edge is soiled & there is a small area of soiling to the bottom edge. Good.
