London: The Falcon Press, 1948. 1st Edition. Burgundy Boards. Very Good Minus/Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 108pp. A first ediiton with wrapper. Light bumps to the head and tail of the spine and another bump to the top edge of the rear board,near the spine with a slight split to the cloth for 0.5 cm. A slight bump to the front edge of the rear board, The book has slight normal age toning to the pages but remains clean and tight. Dust wrapper not price clipped. Light chipping to the wrapper at the head and tail of the spine with a little loss of 0.3 cm . A tear of 4.5 cm to the wrapper from the rear top edge and one of 1 cm from the front top edge, both now repaired with acid free archival tape to the reverse of the wrapper. Light toning to the rear of the wrpaper and light shelf wear to the wrapper edges. A clean and tight copy - in very good condition.
