Santee, Ne: Santee Normal Training School, 1911. Very good.. 15,[1]pp. Original green printed wrappers, stitched. Lower corner of rear cover lacking, minor soiling. Internally clean. Short digest of significant lines from the New Testaments on an array of religious subjects, as well as the Lord's Prayer, translated into the Dakota language by long-serving Santee missionary Alfred L. Riggs. Printed on the mission press of the Santee Normal Training School on the Santee Reservation in northeastern Nebraska, on the banks of the Missouri River. OCLC locates a small handful of institutional copies.
