New York: McGraw Hill, 1966. 1st & 3rd. Hardcover. Fine. Divided into six geographical regions of two or three volumes each. Bound in publishers original blue, green, brown, cream, orange, red or grey cloth. Each region has its own matching slipcase. Spines stamped in gilt, map of the United States on the endpapers. Volumes of the first set are first edition, third printings. All the rest are first edition, first printings. The index is without a slipcase as issued. No further charge for domestic shipping of a very heavy set.
