Good solid binding. Very clean text throughout. From the library of the Society of Writers to His Majesty's Signet with bookplate to front pastedown endpaper and inked number to verso of title page. Later owner's embossed name stamp to half title page. Signed to the title page by Scottish historian Oliphant Smeaton who edited this series. Overall condition is Very Good.
