About This Item
A nice copy of the first edition of this collection of James's thoughts on psychics, telepathy and spiritualism, subjects which very much excited his interest. Pages are very good: despite foxing to fore and top edge (see photos) pages themselves have no foxing or tanning and are remarkably good. Slight tanning on front pastedown and FEP but otherwise excellent. This is NOT an ex library book. No inscriptions to FEP, and no notes or underlining etc.Binding is tight. DJ is good: unclipped, a little pen mark near the price (see photo), and some general shelfwear, whiteness showing in small patches, and minor tears and small missing segment (especially at base of spine, see photos). Overall, though DJ is good. Now covered in a professional, clear, removable cover. See photos all of which are of the copy for sale, we don't use stock photos
