Magazine. 16p., wraps, spinefold slightly torn and abraded from being disbound from a larger volume, 9x12 inches, minor creasing, blue pencil underlining and marginalia. Single issue of the magazine published by the socialist for whom Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles is named. Includes a couple articles defending Wilshire against the post office which was investigating stock fraud related to Wilshire's Bishop Creek Gold Mine, and a three page article "Bewilderment" by Upton Sinclair.
