Philadelphia: American Sunday School Union. Very Good+. 1876. Hardcover. 2 leaves plates; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 114 pages; 1876 copyright American Sunday School Union, Philadelphia. Perhaps printed 1880's. Small format 16mo HC in original green cloth with titles and decorative details boldly in gilt and black to spine. Snugly bound and very neat. Illustrated with a tissue guarded frontis and a plate mid-book. Later gift/prize inscription dated 1907 penned neatly to the first blank leaf: from Cora Bishop to Florence Gehman for attendance, Blooming Glen Primary School. Just mild crimping to cloth at spine ends and trace shelf rubbing to cloth at corner tips. Quite scarce with no copies located in institutional holding searched with Worldcat. VG++ .
