London: Richard Bentley, 1839. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. 312p, 287p octavo. illustrated with 3 full page plates, rebound in 3/4 leather and brown cloth new end papers, recently. Tipped in is a hand written note dated June 1850 from a Lt Franks to Brigadier General Costley thanking him "for his great kindness and bottle of Annaset" A very good tight copy .
