Routledge & Kegan Paul, London, 1957. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. 1st Edition. First edition (first printing). Slim 8vo. 53pp. Paper-covered boards. A virtually fine copy in dust wrapper, price-clipped and lightly tanned and chafed at spine panel.
