Harry N. Abrams, 1995-02-01. Hardcover. Very Good. 192pp. (green spine) 4to. oblong sized. A unique copy flat signed by numerous authors to the title page which include Denise Magnani, William H. Frederick, Jacqueline Hinsley, Paul Hensley, Thomas Buchter, Ruth Joyce and the photographer Carol Betsch - to the title page. To the front endpaper there is a gift inscription in blue ink to Ann and John (Mott?) whose visitst give us so much pleasure (Paula C. Copland?) 26 March 1995. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour. Original publisher's green cloth - stamped in red to the spine and to the front board. A 1.5cmcircular stain mark to the verso of the jacket.
