Original seller's stamp on ffep., former owner's note slip taped on inside rear cover. Small stain throughout lower foredge, fingermarks on random pages, else clean. Five chapters covering in part: General points concerning wire rope [necessary tools etc.], Eye-Splice, Short splice, Wire grommets and the stropping of blocks, The long splice.
