Richardson, introduction by author bibliography and index. The text is illustrated with numerous figures and line drawings along with formulae. Pale yellow coloured cloth covered boards with black titles and decoration to the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. "An attempt has been made to present the following pages a fairly detailed account of the fundamental principals involved in the design of a wireless receiver." -- from the preface page VI. Softening of the backstrip with some rubbing of the edges, book corners and lower book edges. Grubby marks to the book panels with some sunning of the backstrip. Browning of the textblock edges and lighter browning of the pages. Offset planning to the endpapers. This book is an ex-library copy, The Keeper Library, Trinity College; but the only marks attributable to the library is the ex-libris plate to the front paste-down and the Dewy number to the lower edge of the backstrip.
