NY: Frederick A. Stokes; (1902). First Edition . Hardcover. Very good lacking a dust jacket. Red cloth with illustration on fron board and gilt lettering on front board and spine. Very minor dampstain at lower right corner of front board, just barely affecting the first few pages of the text block. Corners and spine ends slightly worn. No names or other markings inside book. Frederic Remington frontispiece illustration.
