Includes illustrations by Chet Jezierski. Issued as part of the publisher's First Edition Society series which preceded the Delacorte Press trade edition. One of an unspecified number in this limited edition. --- Bound in full blue bonded leather covers with three raised bands on spine. Text presented on quality papers. Spine titling, elaborate decorations to covers and spine, and textblock edges all in bright gilt. Blue silk moire endpapers, with matching sewn-in satin ribbon placemarker. Volume lacks a dust jacket (as issued). --- A family pet has left lacerations to covers in two places, else a tightly-bound, bright, unmarked copy.; Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; (16), 297 pages .
