(Auburn): Blue Oak Press, (1975). First edition thus: two illustrations by Nancy Olson and "Afterword: Stammer the Tragedy You Crackled Vessels" by William Hotchkiss. ASSOCIATION COPY INSCRIBED from Hotchkiss to Olson on contents page, "For Nancy/ (Bill thanks you,/ Robinson thanks you)/ - Bill." Specially bound in 8vo full black leather boards (as opposed to the simulated leather used on the regular edition) lettered in gilt on front and spine. Presumably issued without a dust jacket. Special binding not mentioned in Broomfield [A6d]. Near fine.
