Ezra Jack Keats. 8vo. 256 pp. Bound in full yellow cloth with decoration and title stamped in blue on cover and spine, in illustrated dust jacket. Black and white illustrations by Ezra Jack Keats throughout. Inscribed by Author on half title: "For/Binti Hoskins/who also loves dogs/Frances Carpenter." Good, double-page illustration on pages 56 and 57 and the header illustrations on pages 81 and 119 have been neatly colored in by previous owner, otherwise internally clean, age-darkening to spine and extremities, soiling and fraying to extremities, soiling to top edge of text block, in Good dust jacket with a few short tears and large chips missing to edges, overall soiling and age-toning.
