Chicago: T. S. Denison, 1881. Book. Good condition. Paperback. First Edition. Octavo (8vo). 137 pages of text, followed by [ii] pages of publisher's advertisement. Original printed thick paper-covered wrappers are heavily soiled, shelfworn, and stained. Bottom edge of first 35 pages is stained. At least a dozen pages with pencil notations and/or underlining. A few pages creases, and many are somewhat soiled on the edges. Rear hinge of title page strengthened with nearly invisible archival repair tape..
