JOANNE B. CIULLA holds the Coston Family Chair in Leadership and Ethics at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. A former visiting scholar at Oxford and fellow at Harvard and the Wharton School, she has degrees from Temple University and the universities of Delaware and Maryland, and she has taught at Boston University and La Salle.
