Macmillan. London. 1913-1919. 25 volumes.. TOGETHER WITH : RUDYARD KIPLING'S Verse, INCLUSIVE EDITION 1885-1918. Hodder & Stoughton. London. 1919. 3 volumes. Original maroon cloth gilt, uncut, faded, a little wear to the head of one spine, one rear board with a couple of fine scratches, one rear board, slightly marked, contents clean and tight, overall good copies. Bombay Edition in the original publisher's binding of linen-backed boards, top edges gilt, uncut and some volumes partially unopened, paper spine labels [8 chipped and worn, one of them with about half loss], each volume with a spare label tipped-in at the back, a few joints weak but holding, a touch of wear to a couple of spine ends, some foxing of the end-papers and boards, text bright and clean, a good set overall. *Six Supplementary volumes to the Bombay Edition were issued from 1927 up until 1938. These are not included.
