Hurd and Houghton. Used - Very Good. May have light to moderate shelf wear and/or a remainder mark. Complete. Clean pages. Twenty-nine volumes, all rubbed at corners and at edges. Full green cloth with gilt rule decorating the covers in imitation of a three-quarter leather binding: pebbled cloth on the spine and corners, embossed cloth on the front and back panels. Coated, burnished endpapers. Gilt titles to spine. Dampstain to page edges. Dampstain and water damage to bottom right corner of Old Curiosity Shop vol. 2, which is worn to board; also dampstain, water damage, and cracked front hinge on vol. 2 of Bleak House, chipped and worn to board.
