Slight suggestion only of dust-dulling and rubbing the spine bands and panel edges, although there is some chipping evident to the spine bands of vols. 11 and 12. Minor bumping to corners. Dust-toning to boards in places, with surface stain evident on the spine cover of vol. 11. Light foxing to the prelims. of some volumes. Remains particularly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong. Provenance: From the library of Victor D. C. Wakeford with his armorial bookplate to the front pastedown of each volume. Further scans, images etc. and additional bibliographical material available on request.; 8vo 8"" - 9"" tall; 0 pages; Description: 12 v. : fronts. ; 22 cm. Contents: v. 1-2.
