Green cloth boards. Gilt lettering to spine. Patterning to spine and front board. Library reference number written on spine. Tears at top and bottom of spine. Boards and spine are a bit scuffed and a little marked but have retained much of their colour. Signs of shelf-wear and rubbing at edges. Corners bumped and a little torn. Binding holding, though a little strained in places and substantial cracking to inner hinges, especially upper part of front one, but textblock still attached. Page edges deckled but neat. They are also a little browned. Foxing to endpapers and a little to foxing and marking throughout, with gift inscription to second front endpaper but pages generally clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information
