No Jacket, as issued. Elaborate decoration and titles in bright and sharp gilt on spine. Head and heel rubbed, slight wear to corner tips, back panel faded near lower edge. Tight and solid sewn binding with cracked inner hinge. Pages toned, quite clean, no markings of any kind. This edition of Shakespeare's Works gives the most generally accepted text, without note or comment. This volume includes: The Tempest; The Two Gentlemen of Verona; The Merry Wives of Windsor; and Measure for Measure. Edited by William George Clark and William Aldis Wright.
