About This Item
London: Joseph Sueli Publications, 1958. 1st Edition. Soft cover. Good. First thus. The book "expresses some of the bitterness and contempt of millions of enslaved Europeans for the rulers of the 'victorious nations'. It shows that by being urged to throw off the German yoke, the central European nations were tricked into becoming satellites of the Soviet". Translated from Hungarian. No ownership marks to prelims but book has been well read and there is a fair amount of underlining in different pens as well as marginalia by way of short comments, exclamation marks and so forth. The spine is frayed at top and bottom where there is a 3cm tear betw spine and front cover. Binding is intact and robust enough although a little delicate at the prelims. Back cover has an ad for "Protocols of Zion". 296pp. Scarce in 1st ed.
