New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1923. First American Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Published October 1923 on copyright page. Original maroon cloth, no dustwrapper. Slightly spine faded, a few streaks to front cover, but a nice copy. Inscribed at the front to "Hon. Joseph Rosch Merry Xmas from Sydney Foster." With Rosch's bookplate on front pastedown. Rosch was a former justice in the NY state Supreme Court.
