Fine copy of First Edition in VG scarce First State DJ. Only 335,000 copies were printed with the Ed Miracle art, showing ships falling off the edge of the world. This was Friedman's choice for the cover, but the publisher failed to get permission from the artist, so the book had to be recalled and the DJ replaced. Book is in "as new" condition; corners crisp; text block tight and unmarked. Unclipped DJ shows a little wear at the top of the spine, but is now protected in archival polyester cover.
